For over a decade, John Kiernan has collaborated with creators, influencers, and brands to enhance their podcast production, editing, and recording experiences. His mission is to empower podcasters by providing support, educational resources, and promotional content, equipping them with the tools and motivation to excel in their craft.
During his six years at Podbean, John served as both Director of Customer Success and Director of Content, overseeing more than 650,000 podcasts throughout their life cycles. He played a pivotal role in developing the customer success division from the ground up, shaping its processes and vision.
John's extensive marketing experience encompasses diverse fields, including music education and artist relations, as well as podcasting. He analyzes trends in client discovery and retention to devise effective strategies for growth. Beyond podcasting, John is a professional musician with ten years of experience, performing both domestically and internationally. He is also a composer for film, television, games, and professional wrestling. John honed his skills at Florida Atlantic University, where he studied music business, composition, and audio engineering.
Is also a multimedia composer with a decade of experience in creating original music for various platforms, including wrestling promotions, video games, films, and commercials. John is proficient in audio engineering and live performance, and is always looking to leverage his creative talent and expertise in the industry.
John Kiernan is a wrestling entrance theme song composer in New Jersey and the guitarist in It Lives, it Breathes. John has performed around the world and written over 120 themes for wrestlers in Ring Of Honor, All Elite Wrestling, New Japan Pro Wrestling, and many more. John is the in house composer for the United Wrestling Network. He has also studied under the tutelage of Italian composer and guitarist Daniele Gottardo and Guitar World/Premiere Guitar Magazine’s columnist and Chimaira guitarist Emil Werstler. John has performed domestically and globally at MusikMesse in Shanghai, China and has been featured in Guitar World, as well as was the lead guitarist for The Billboard Chart Classical charting record, Video Games Live: Level 6. -

With a track record of guiding national and international companies, Randi has shaped strategy, messaging, and execution for an impressive portfolio of over 500 audio brands spanning broadcast, podcasting, live performance venues, and diverse audio products and services.
Her innovative approach has consistently unlocked new revenue streams for broadcast entities through the development of nationally syndicated contest models capable of seamless integration across varied companies, formats, and time zones.
Formerly serving as Chief Marketing Officer of a pioneering global zero-party online database platform, Randi played a pivotal role in fostering strategic alliances and driving supplementary revenue streams. A luminary in the industry, Randi has been recognized as the "Most Influential Woman in Radio" by Radio Ink on five occasions. She is an esteemed member of The Podcast Academy, and actively contributes to shaping the future of female leadership in the field through her involvement with the International Women’s Podcast Awards and the Board of Mentoring Inspiring Women in Radio.
